Is there really a free plan?

Yes! The Basic plan is completely free and includes 1 project with 10 MB of storage. No credit card required.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

Are there any refunds?

The Advanced plan is billed annually and is non-refundable. Premium enterprise plans have custom billing terms. There are no refunds or credits for partial periods of service.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
